Christmas Delivery

To receive your items in time for Christmas, please place your order by the following dates based on your location:

United Kingdom: 21st December before 2:00 PM

Christmas Period Delivery

Orders placed between 22 and 23 December will be dispatched on 23 December; however, Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

Orders placed between 24 and 26 December will be dispatched on 27 December.

Orders placed between 27 and 29 December will be dispatched on 30 December.

New Year Period Delivery

Orders placed on 30 December-1 January will be dispatched on 2 January.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands Delivery

All non-mainland orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For remote addresses, please allow an extra 1-2 working days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

In order to initiate your return, please notify our Customer Care Team at help@cosihome.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your product should be unused.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return your order back to us, so your refund can be issued.
