This Heated Neck & Shoulder Pad is designed to warm your neck and shoulders to provide a comfortable and cosy warming sensation. Although this pad is designed for use around your neck and shoulders it can also be laid flat across your legs, back, abdomen or other body areas. It features 3 heat settings, advanced built-in overheat protection and an automatic 90-minute shut-off timer which automatically turns the heat pad off after 90 minutes for peace of mind. Crafted from a luxury super-soft fleece material, it feels heavenly soft on the skin.

All orders delivered within mainland UK will be delivered within 2 working days (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed by 2:45 pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Christmas Delivery

To receive your items in time for Christmas, please place your order by the following dates based on your location:

United Kingdom: 21st December before 2:00 PM

Christmas Period Delivery

Orders placed between 22 and 23 December will be dispatched on 23 December; however, Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

Orders placed between 24 and 26 December will be dispatched on 27 December.

Orders placed between 27 and 29 December will be dispatched on 30 December.

New Year Period Delivery

Orders placed on 30 December-1 January will be dispatched on 2 January.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands Delivery

All non-mainland orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For remote addresses, please allow an extra 1-2 working days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

In order to initiate your return, please notify our Customer Care Team at help@cosihome.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your product should be unused.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return your order back to us, so your refund can be issued.
