All Cosi Home products are designed to stand the test of time and ensure continual high performance. If your Cosi Home product stops working within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it free of charge.
The 3 Year Protection Plan extends the Cosi Home 2-year Limited Warranty coverage by 1 year, taking all the risks associated with your purchase away for complete peace of mind.
During the extended warranty period, Cosi Home will replace the item with a new one in the same condition, using original Cosi Home parts. We will also cover the cost of any necessary postage to make the replacement or repair quick and stress-free. For any replacement product or part, the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair (whichever is longer) will apply to the replacement product or part.
Please note that the 3 Year Protection Plan does not cover any issues and damages caused by general wear-and-tear, improper use of the product, or malfunctions and damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
We also advise you not to tamper or try dismantling the product yourself at any time as this will void your warranty with us. If in doubt, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care team, who will guide you through the warranty process.
Free 2 Working Day Delivery
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday for delivery within Mainland UK will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands Delivery
All non-mainland orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For remote addresses, please allow an extra 1-2 working days. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Returns
In order to initiate your return, please notify our Customer Care Team at help@cosihome.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your product should be unused.
You will then have an additional 14 days to return your order back to us, so your refund can be issued.
